INITIAL CONSULTATION AND ESTIMATE

This is the first step in our process, which is always complimentary and free of charge. This where we get to know you, your family and your needs. This is our welcome to the Lexo Family.

We will discuss in detail your budget, project requirements and time frame. From there, we will give you a written estimate.

Step 2

PROJECT PREPARATION

After the estimate has been accepted, this is where most of the planning begins. Construction calendar, permits applications, construction budget, material specifications, floorplans, architectural drawings, we will be there every step of the way to make sure that nothing is missed.

Step 3

RENOVATION

Once the project date arrives, we will execute the plan carefully and professionally. We always respect your home and treat it as if it was our own. Constantly keeping in mind budget and time-frame, we will make sure that we arrive to completion as smoothly as possible.
